Blue Clouds With Glow Tutorial | |

This is tutorial shows how to make this:

1st make a new layer and fill about 1/3 from the list using rectangular tool (M) and fill it with paint bucket tool. 2nd Go to blending options (double click on the layer and go to gradient overlay 3rd Now apply a gradient with black and blue colors: I used #000000 for black and #133e52 for blue. It will look like this:

4th Now make new layer and press select -> inverse ,then fill it with the paint bucket tool and go again in the Blending options and click on gradient overlay: 5th Now make the same gradient but it needs to be Reversed: I used #133e52 for blue and #000000 for black again. It will looks like this:

6th Now create a new layer and go to Filter -> render -> clouds (make sure you have selected GRAY color as your primary and white as your secondary) 7th Go to blending options and click on Blend mode and select Overlay It will look like this:

Now you can type something … Choose text tool and make your text with good size. Open blending options and set Blend mode to Color burn. Put some Shadows (Drop and inner shadow-Drop shadow has 75% opacity and Inner shadow has 37% opacity). Now put some Outer glow: Select opacity to 50% I used #1cafed as color. I set the size to 90px! It will look like this:

You can change the outer/inner glow color or shadow color to get more effects on your image!
